I have changed my mind about a purchase

If you have ordered a product recently but decided you no longer need the product anymore – we can cancel the order. Cancellations can only be done if the product has not commenced manufacturing (for customizable products) or the product has not yet been shipped.

Cancellation requests made for orders that have not been paid for shall remain on-hold for up to three business days.

I ordered the wrong item

We try to make our website as accurate as possible, but if you’re unsure before placing an order – please reach out to the Sellers through the communication channels available on their store page and they can help to double-check if you’re purchasing the right product for your needs.

If you believe the product information on our website that led you to purchase was incorrect then please send us an email through the Traidbiz “Contact Us” page with more information so that we can help to remedy the situation and get you back on track.

PLEASE NOTE: If the information on the Traidbiz website is correct, and you did not contact the Seller to double-check your requirements before purchase, you still have a chance to “Return and Replace” the product within three business days of delivery to you.

I did not receive my order.

You can request for cancellation and refund of your order if your order has not been delivered to you as per the shipping guidelines. In case you experience extended delays with the delivery of your order, you may request for cancellation and refund.

Please note that Sellers reserve the right to cancel any order if there is insufficient stock available.
In this case, a full refund shall be processed and paid back to you.

 

 

I have received the incorrect item

If you believe you have received the wrong item, please reach out to us as soon as possible through the Traidbiz “Contact Us” page and our team will confirm with you and arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

My order has arrived, but it appears damaged or is defective.

If you receive a package from the shipper that appears to be damaged, you can decline the delivery and the item will be returned to the Seller by the courier service. In this case a replacement shall be arranged.

However, if you have received an item that appears to be damaged or is defective, but you didn’t get the chance to decline the delivery, then we will work to remedy the situation and refund or replace the goods if necessary.
