Return and Refund
Return and Refund Process
1. Check your product thoroughly against details of your order.
2. Ensure that the product is genuinely damaged, incorrect or has a defect.
3. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging, is in an unused condition and all labels and tags are intact.
4. Log in and go to your Dashboard. Click the Orders tab in the left menu panel and choose the correct Order that is to be refunded. Click on the Refund button next to that order.
5. In the pop up box, choose “Partial” or “Full” Refund in the request mode field. Choose “Partial” if you want a Refund for only a part of your order and then choose the quantity of those items that are to be refunded.
6. Attach at least two pictures of any damaged product or proof of the incorrect product that you received. Clearly describe the replacement reason in the box provided and click the “SUBMIT” button.
7. Re-pack the product in the original packaging, and reseal it properly. Mark it “Fragile” if required.
8. Please label the package with the correct store address that is shown in the Seller’s store page.
9. Log in and go to your Dashboard. Click the Orders tab in the left menu panel and choose the correct Order that is to be refunded and click on the “View” button. Take a photo of the re-sealed package and upload it as an Order Note with your comment in the attachment box provided. This is to safeguard your shipment during return shipping.
10. Call the courier company to pick up the package from your address or drop the package to their nearest office. Please note that the return shipping will be at your own cost.
11. Traidbiz will review the request and communicate with you as soon as possible.
12. You will be notified by email if your request is genuine and refund is approved or if it is rejected.
13. Most refunds are processed within 5 business days after the package is received by the Seller.
