How can I get a refund for a faulty product?

Your faulty product will either be replaced or you will be refunded depending the scenario.

When will I get my refund?

Most refunds are processed within 5 business days after the package is received by the Seller.

The product I received does not match the description. What can I do?

What Methods of Payments does Traidbiz Accept?

We are excited to tell you that we accept 6 types of Payment methods during the check-out.
These includes:
1. Direct Bank Transfer
2. Credit/Debit Card
3. mPaisa
4. MyCash
5. Traidbiz Wallet
6. Credit Pay (this can only be used if you have an Credit Account with the Seller)

What is Traidbiz Wallet?

This is our own wallet where you can top-up, save, transfer to another user and buy products on Traidbiz. 

What can I do if the balance in my wallet is not enough to pay for my order?

If you do not have enough balance in your Traidbiz wallet, you can always split payment (with the remaining 3 payment methods) at the check out. 

Will I pay tax if I import an item?

Does Traidbiz ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within Fiji. 
International shipping coming soon.

Can I combine my orders from different sellers to be delivered together?

We do not allow combined orders from multiple Sellers to be delivered together by the same delivery, different Sellers have their own timeframe to make the product ready for delivery.

What if I miss my traidbiz order delivery?

If you have missed your traidbiz order delivery, we advise you to pickup from your nearest courier partners office. 

The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?

What will my shipping cost be?

Shipping cost is FREE if you and the Seller falls in the same zone.

If both the seller and the buyer is in different zones, shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.

 

Can I get a product delivered to another address/country?
