Traidbiz (“we” and “us”) is the operator of the website (https://traidbiz.com/). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the shipping terms and conditions below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service and to avoid any misconception. Our Shipping Policy terms and conditions are designed to provide the best possible user experience wherever possible.
Subject to stock availability, we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy whereby we may not be able to fulfill all your ordered items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill and ship the available products to you through the Seller Store, and you would have the option to wait for restocking of any backordered items or for us to process a refund for the items not yet shipped.

We provide FREE shipping if your shipping address falls in the same zone as the seller, (for example if the seller is shipping from “Viti Levu” and your shipping address falls in “Viti Levu”, then shipping will be FREE).
Please note: This is only applicable for standard shipping.

If your shipping zone is different from the seller, then shipping charges will be calculated at checkout (for example if the seller is shipping from “Viti Levu” and your shipping address falls in “Vanua Levu”, appropriate shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you place the order).

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for international shipping will be collected with and included in the purchase when placing the order. This price will be the final price including shipping to the customer.

Return Due To Change of Mind

Traidbiz will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within three (3) business days of receipt of item and are returned to the Seller in the original unopened packaging, unused and in a sellable condition. Return shipping shall be arranged by the customer and paid for by the customer. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as a credit to the customer’s wallet for a future purchase or customer can also request for a withdrawal from the wallet to be paid into a bank account. You shall be notified of any status through email. Please note that we shall refund the value of the goods returned but shall NOT refund the value of any shipping cost paid.

Shipments Damaged In Transit

If you find that a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject delivery of the parcel by the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present or accepted without knowing about any damage, please contact customer service using the next steps. We shall process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim and we have accepted and approved your claim for a refund.

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 10 – 55 days. 

Orders placed before 18:00 Hours – (GMT+12) shall be processed on the same day or within the next business day.

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order. Alternatively you can make arrangements with the seller to ship the unavailable items when they become available.

If delivery time has exceeded the estimated time, please contact us through your Dashboard or the provided Contact Us link so that we can conduct an investigation and inform you.

Shipment Tracking

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping courier provider.

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website and also shown during checkout.

Import Duties Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be applicable and to be paid by you upon arrival at the destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, please note that the goods may be ceased by the relevant border authorities. In such cases, we shall not be held liable for any claims or refunds or replacements.

Insurance
Shipments are insured for loss and damage up to the value as accepted and stated by the courier.
