Cancellation and Refund Process


  1. Please reach out to us as soon as possible through the Traidbiz “Contact Us” page.
  2. Enter the subject as “Cancellation of my unpaid order” or “Cancellation of my order and refund”.
  3. Enter the reason for cancellation in the message box.
  4. Submit your request
  5. Traidbiz will cancel your unpaid order and review any request for refund for paid orders and communicate with you as soon as possible once approved.
  6. Most requests for refunds are processed within 10 business days after the request has been submitted by you.
